Etsy Inspired # 43 - Which Goose

Happy Fourth of July everyone! I hope everyone is having a weekend full of family, friends and fun! When you need a break from the festivities, kick back in the air conditioning and try out this week's challenge! Our shop this week is whichgoose and our sponsor this week for the giveaway is Limelight Papercrafts!!!!

Whichgoose creates nature inspired "head ware" - combs, headbands, crowns and fascinators! A "fascinator" according to the dictionary is a woman's head scarf... Her items are unique, beautiful, and are reminescent of natural elements like butterfly's, flowers, vines and more. Emily also carries vintage items as well - boots, hats, apparel and other accessories! And she models her items... isn't she just gorgeous?!

My inspiration photo was this vintage pride and prejudice hat. It is a romantic 1950's open crown hat that has been spruced up with a large flouncy flower on the side and a delicate ribbon in the back. How beautiful would this be on a stroll down the beach, reading a book by the water, or sitting at home sipping tea (long island ice tea for me please!) in your backyard garden?!

RAKs Received

I wanted to take the time to share some really great RAKs I've received recently! This first one on the left is from Kyoko. I had left a comment on her blog about how much I loved her Ketto images and she was a sweetheart and sent me this little image holder filled with Ketto's and decorated with a Ginger Ketto! I've had these precious images on my Wish RAK over on SCS for a while now and I was SOOO excited to receive them! Thanks SO much Kyoko!!! I need to get that image folder template from you too!!!

This next RAK (on the right) is from my June Aloha RAK partner, Tracy! I was SO thrilled to receive this! This month's theme was flowers so in addition to this adorable flower pot, she made me and included crochet flowers! How sweet is that?! I've never seen the miniature flower pot cards, and I've never seen them made from crochet flowers and let me tell you it's amazing! My girlfriend was over and I had to pry it out of her hands... she was going to take it home with her! HA! Not girlie!
